I'm having issues with Firefox after installing Incoggo, what do I do?

In some rare instances, after installing Incoggo, Firefox users on older versions of MacOS / OSX may experience certificate issues in the browser.

For reference, the issue in question here typically looks like the below:

Fortunately, this is a relatively straightforward problem to resolve – this means that Firefox is not automatically picking up Incoggo’s certificate from the system keystore, and you’ll need to manually add the Incoggo certificate to Firefox.

To do this, first open Finder, navigate to the Applications folder, and find Incoggo.

Right click on Incoggo and select Show Package Contents.

Next, navigate through the Incoggo folder structure Contents > Resources > helpers.
Find the file named incoggo.crt, then right click it.

Select Copy.

You can now restart Firefox, and the error should be fixed!
