Incoggo isn't updating to the latest version automatically, what do I do?

If Incoggo isn’t updating to the latest version automatically there are a few things that could be going wrong…

First, make sure that Incoggo is running properly. Incoggo must be launched and running in order to be able to receive and execute auto-updates.

Next, make sure you don’t have the Disable Updates option selected in the UI. If this option is selected, Incoggo will not receive updates. You must have one of the STABLE, BETA, or ALPHA channels selected to receive updates.

If Incoggo is currently running, (and you have either the STABLE, BETA, or ALPHA channel selected) try restarting the application (click the Restart Incoggo button). It’s possible (though unlikely) that the update process could have become ‘stuck’. Restarting the application should fix any issues like this.

Finally, if Incoggo is running, you have one of STABLE, BETA, or ALPHA selected,
and you’ve tried restarting, please be patient! Incoggo automatically downloads updates in the background (with no indication to the user that they’re being downloaded), so depending on the status of your Internet connection, the update may take a while to download (it’s about 30MB compressed).
