Why does my desktop have issues when I try to shut down or restart my device?

This is a known issue with Catalina (OSX 10.15).

After installing Incoggo on Catalina, some users may experience issues when attempting to restart their system. To fix this, you’ll need to manually power down your device by holding down the power button or restarting your device using Terminal.

After restarting your system once, you should not encounter this issue again.
